The Andy's Market Test Kitchen taste tested Chick'n Scallopini
Our recipe was simple. We followed the cooking instructions on the package and sauted each scallopini 2-3 minutes per side. We then added the cooked scallopini to our own mix of
sauted veggies and served over a bed of brown rice.
